Yes and do it ASAP. I had a problem with a purchase where I used my debit card and it was taken care of.

What is interesting?

Glad I got my money back from my credit card about a week ago.

I guess all you High Rev ass kissers can stop now as they have been proven to be scum by not going out of business but how they did not inform people and just kept their money with no intention of a refund or shipping of their parts.

Well what I see is they are mentioning that they are moving to a new location.

And I quote...

"We have expanded! As of May 1st, we have acquired another building resulting in a 2000+ square feet facility! We will be remodeling soon to bring you such features as a huge showroom, lounge area, many installation bays, and more! We strive to be your only source for aftermarket performance and appearance parts. We are working hard to finish the remaining product categories. It isn`t a quick or easy process, but we`re working diligently to get it done for our customers. If your vehicle doesn`t have any products listed, or if you don`t see what you`re looking for, just contact us! We offer products for every vehicle."

Dave and Jenny are great people. However, as someone said earlier, it seemed that they just "bit off more than they could chew."

About a month and a half ago I found out my car needed new brakes and I was desperately wanting to order drilled and slotted rotors and Ti22 pads from them. I first called and left a message and was sure to leave my name and phone number. I never received a call back from them. For the next few days after that I would call almost every hour during their business hours and no one ever answered the phone.

It sucks that they went out of business because they are awesome people and I always had fun the few times I hung around down there. They also did a wonderful job of hosting one of the '04 J-Body Bash Pre-Meets. Unfortunately people have been complaining for quite some time about their poor customer service and that will almost always bring down a small business like theirs. It sucks to see High Rev Motorsports go . Just my .02 though.

People wouldn't complain if customer service was up to par. Excuses were/are always more abundant (sp?) than service was. If ANY business spends more time creating excuses than servicing customers THAT will almost always bring down a business.

Bought an RSM stock-sized lightened crank pulley 6 weeks ago. Bank account was debited on the 8th of this month. Never answered their phone when it was connected. Now it's disconnected. Fax-line as well. Never answered any e-mails. Now I'm trying to do a reversal through my bank, but they say I have to document the entire transaction and communication history to have a chance. Perhaps I should just drive the 4 hours to meet them in person...

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?

i will say what i said is off the top of my head cause they themselves wont say anything !!

but it does piss me off how they are treating their customers

atleast have a auto email saying something , it might take a few hours to go through and weed out the spam but take only a few minutes to write and send out a email to everyone

i just got off the phone with RSM Racing in canada, high rev went under apparently. they don't know why, they siad call your credit card companys and don't accept a bill payment form them. just reorder form either RSM Racing.com, or somewhere else.

Remeber there are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
