I have personally ordered alot of stuff from them in the past and have had no problems so far. I can't hate because I ordered a set of KYB AGX's and they went to my prior address, waited two weeks, called them and had them within 5 days. There better then RK these days. But thats just my opinion

i recieved my suspension from them with no problem at all. i called and they even gave me tracking.

ive never had a problem w/ them...really good guys if you ask me.....waiting a month for a part though is bad and not returning any calls or emails sucks. Either way ive never had a problem

Well here is the deal.... My car has been @ HRM for nearly 7 months. I just paid for my invoice about 3-4 weeks ago.... every other weekend hearing i'm gonna get the car back for the first 4 months. Now, I'm out money and i doun't know if I'll ever get my car back. Personally, I'm quite fed up with waiting, although dave and jenny have been very good up until about 2 months ago... I currently have not had a car for the last 1.5 months as my beater skyhawk finally died. I'm currently making car payments and insurance payments, and have not driven the car in over one year since it blew up. If anyone nearby can tell me wtf is going on please call 260-460-7596. I'm very close to losing my patience and about to pursue a different route to reclaim my car, running or not. If I get it backm, I will be selling it for dirt cheap. I am done with j-bodies...... i have not had good luck

I'm not trying to bash i'm just wondering what is going on with my car... I want them to get a hold of me to let me know of the status. Again I APOLOGIZE TO DAUB AND JJ IF IT SEEMS LIKE THAT I was BASHING. That is not my intent i just want an update maybe...?? every once in a while...

I'm good.... thanks jay for the update.... I would like to apologize for the things that i've said that may have been negative... they were more out of frustration from other personal problems in my life. I'm sorry and Daub if you read this i still have your case of beer. and i hope you can forgive me if i said anything negative. You guys have always been helpful and it was wrong of me to take my personal life frustartions out on HRM.

So what is going on with HighRev?
I would like to know whats goin on with them also. I ordered suspension from them back in april they billed me in may and I still have no suspension. I've called them, left them emails, even tried their cell phone # posted here and left a voicemail, still nothing. I'm getting tired of this sh*t.
I cannot seem to get a hold of them either.
Is that fax # down? No one is answering the phone either. I got an insurance claim for a new hood.

I've never had good experience with their customer service. Last spring I ordered $2600+CAN parts from them, took 8 weeks to get the whole order, no returned calls or emails, and they sent some wrong parts (clutch and flywheel). Car was down for 2 weeks waiting for the right parts (didn't realize they weren't right till they failed, as I was assured they would work by HRM), and I phoned every damn day, didn't hear anything until there was good news. I ended up going over their heads and talked to the clutch company myself to make sure there was stock or that they would start making it! The only good thing was Brian, who actually answered the phone even though that's not why he was there, but at least it was someone to talk to, lol.
So does someone want to spill the beans and tell us what exactly is the deal with HRM?
