I doubt he would..I'm not sure...I hope he's ok and everything..but I ordered my headlights back in like May and still haven't received them...always some sort of "chroming" issue that he's waiting on.

I sent an email through his website last week on the contact page and still haven't gotten a response. calling josh does absolutely no good, it goes to the voicemail and you always get the mailbox is full error message.
Like I said before..get a list of everyone thats being treated and contact the police department.
If someone wnat to get a list together or you can pm me, I dont care. But I sent him my lights and money. I think that most of you other guys sent him just money. Anyways

I feel bad but I had to just dispute the money with my credit card company. He just won't return my phone calls or emails. Not sure what's going on but he has my money and it's been 8 months now.

This really blows for all of you who are waiting for lights.
I just got a set of them 2nd hand, they have the tape on the bottom inside of the housing from melting or whatever, I dont care, you dont see it unless youre REALLY looking at them.
I haven't actually driven the car at night with them installed, but they casted a shadow in mid-day light on a wall 15 feet away from the car (I was about 5ft in front of it).
They look mean on the car, I cant wait to drive at night.
I hope you either get your money back, or better yet, get what you actually wanted in the first place, I'd be happier with the lights as I'm sure most of you would. However at the first thought of maybe getting scammed I'd be calling my lawyer/the police, whoever.

I dont mind the fact that he is taking this time to fix the lights properly.......i just wished he would come on here and inform what has been happening instead of leaving us all in the dark. Id much rather have my lights over the money, but I really just want to know what is happening with them

I don't mind if he takes time making the lights..but if I call him for 3 weeks and he doesn't pick up or call me back and doesn't reply to my emails and he has a ton of my money and a set of brand new headlights and he lives thousands of miles away from me..that's a problem for me.

Yea, you guys are getting scammed. The link Rob posted was from the 13th of December.. "too busy" my ass. He has time to post on Ion forums but not here.. to customers? That's f*cked. Good luck guys, hope it works out.. sucks that you won't be getting your projectors.. and it sucks that he turned into such a horrible business man.
