Installed ceramic coated header without a hitch; downpipe slip flare won't fit over header ball flare = header exhaust leak!
sounds like half exaust, half exaust leak. <br>

and usually NO waiting...he does while you watch

I've been there a few times, I had him fix my duals with a real Y hookup. I would but I don't know if I should wait 'till Thursday, that's my day off! I just need it done asap! Thanks for the suggestion, that option didn't even cross my lost mind! <br>

yeah...and I know reccomend desert Sky Paint for Painting...they are great!..my hood is matched perfectly!....if yout guys need somthing painted..and you have a car with a paint thats difficult to match..(metallic, bright colors)..they are great..quality is show!

bigrey---no offense to john but i like Ned's work at Champine performance. he is the owner, and he works out of the shop off of oracle and grant. he did my header install--did a good job---that is my 2 cents:-)

Well I had my exhaust fixed at Dynamic today, and they did a good job. It's all I need for now..................at least I now have a removable down-pipe so the transmission can be serviced when the time comes.
Mike @ CavalierConnection emailed me letting me know that the new head will be on it's way! He's going to send me the head from a 99 for my 95! Soon, my car rill run! <br>

Nick---I'm getting the full port and polish, three angle valve job, stainless steel swirl polished valves with heavy duty springs and retainers Head from a 1999 cavalier. The heads are interchangeable and I just need to find all the other parts to make it work on my cavy! <br>

This is just my preliminary list of mods towards the cavy. I have also Been told that this motor setup would yield twice the original power ratings untuned.
Juday--- The Test 'n' Tune That we plan to go to is on April 2nd, right after April fools! You should bring your cavy!
SFP--- New tires would be optimal, but just think if you reduce the rest of your tread, you'll have slicks for the track!
If my head comes in this week or next week, I can have it assembled and running hopefully before the end of this month! <br>
