would the brakcet be easy to fab?
97cavie24ls can you think of a universal alternative to using an oem res?
its just a flat bracket that bolts to the s/c and has a tab for the resivoir , id say it would be easy
i havent looked into anything universal , because i was either using the cobalt/redline , or gonna try the cobra/lightning
i forgot , and i kinda figured you woulda im'd me asking about it
lo
I got a couple part numbers and prices
Reservoir--22697069--$15.49 GM Parts Direct or $38.53 at the dealer
Bracket--22707614--$8.84 GM Parts Direct or $23.43 at the dealer
Cap for the reservoir--15076936--$6.29 GM Parts Direct or $16.67 at the dealer.
Hope this helps
the drain hose is # 22697111
22731576 is 1 of the hoses off the resivior down , but i think its the 1 that goes to the heat exchanger
but universal 5/8 hose will work right?
I know someone who still has these if anyone is still looking for one.
I noticed this part works for some early 2000 chevys and pontiacs. Does anyone know if you can make this bolt right on to a 2006 2.2eco Saturn Ion?

This.
I have read a metric ton of old posts. Kept me from starting tons of new threads then getting flamed for not searching.
