Its not available yet!!!! Dear God why all this miss information? There are NO supercharger kits in any wearhouses anywhere! He lyed to you! How do I know this?
Simple, when I call GM they tell me, as a dealership that is a performance parts dealer
that sponcers several race cars, that it is in the final stages of durability testing and te next update won't be untill Feb 23rd or Feb 28th. That means YOU CAN NOT BUY ONE YET !!! You may be able to pay for it and order it but you won't see it till at least sometime in March !!

ALL the kits that will ever be produced are in the hands of GM.
They are definitely sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped.

I WATCHED THEM SHIP.

Sorry I can't get a dealer hack to back up my story for you.

Here's part of your kit:

Yours is a slap together kit that Schram had. Notice how all the bags are labelled by hand and are mostly Zip-Loc bags (not GM packaging). The bags of yours that are GM bags were pulled off of the shelf of a dealship to compensate for parts they didn't have on hand, but are needed to complete the kit. Did you get a manual and warranty card with your kit? From what I see in the pics of the auction, nope.

The kit you see above this reply is a true retail kit.

Like I said whatever makes you guys happy... Nothing in my kit for the 3rd time was slapped together by Schram, it came from GM, no parts are used most parts at least at the time werent even available to order from GM, I tried with the s/c I have now on ebay, as far as a warranty, The dealer that finally figured out that they can do my reflash said but "We'll only warranty the supercharger if we install it." I just love how no matter what everyone has to be negative....

Yeah my dealership said the same thing. All I have to say though is it is well worth the upgrade. Especially if you have them hook up the intercooler cores and everything Oh and anyone who has this installed by the dealer be prepared to get wacked with a 10 hour labor charge. So depending on the dealership that depends on how much you will have to fork out. Was a wonderful $900 for me.

What do you think your parts are, in kit form or otherwise! The Supercharger and the lower manifold are the exact same GM part number for the kit as they are for the Ion/Cobalt kit, the only thing that jon didn't have was the reflash and the adapter plate.

A kit is an assembled group of components for a task. Your kit was made by GM, Jon made his own. The difference is his kit included the intercooler components, and are GM parts, where you added it to your "kit" with an aftermarket pump and mounting bracket. though I will concede both are using non-OEM intercoolers.

Arguing the point is just that, you aren't the first, you won't be the last, you are just the current......

You need to go to a different dealership then. The dealer is supposed to inspect the kit after its been installed, do the reflash and register the warranty. Its not a dealer warranty anyway, its a manufacturer's warranty. At least that is how it is for the 2.4 kit, i don't see why it would be any different for the Eco kit. Good luck.

BTW, who cares whos 1st. Jon was 1st to use these parts on a J Body. o4Black Fire was 1st to get a complete kit. Todd was the first to get a retail kit. Now everyone can be happy any enjoy their supercharger.

Odd as GM is still insisting this kit isnt gonna come out till after its finaly durability review
on the 23rd or 28th of this month. Yet you have the kit in front of you and we see pics.
I DON"T KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE ANYMORE !!!!!

They quoted me a 10 install charge of 840 as well.... or 1 hour labor to do the reflash.
