I am going to look into a video option to see if I can stay here. With jr's 1st christmas coming up, im sure we will be broke.....even though he will have no idea whats going on.

Did you call them? Paul told me he got a court summons too, they said he most likely won't have to be there. Might wanna talk to him more about it.
I am waiting to hear back from the "victim advocate" who told me the same thing.
in case anyone was wondering about what happened, I just got notice that Brandon, and his fiancee both plead guilty to computer fraud, and i received a restitution form in the mail. I am assuming that is part of their plea agreement, that all victims in the case be repaid.

how much time did they get? i think i read somewhere computer fraud is a max of 5 years or so.

the letter didnt go into the details of the plea, but if i had to guess, i would say time served and repay everyone. i dont know how long he was locked up after he was arrested, i know his mom emailed me and told me there was like 10k bond.
