Didn't I laugh like that after you took me for a ride?

If I told whos car it was....I'd have to kill you

I wish it were mone.

It's having some issues with an experimental set of cams. We think the valves are floating above 4500rpm.

i hate to bring this back from the dead but...

I want to know some stuff about the RSM S/C.

I have an 04 ion (yes i know it's not a j-body but its still an ecotec)

I just want to know if you guys had any problems with the S/C so far and did you guys upgrade your factory clutch?

This S/C looks pretty well done and they reflash the computer from what i understand so +1 for that.

Also how does the S/C sound and how loud is that BOV

Thanks for the help guys

I personally drove the RSM/Coustic Audio Saturn ION, and I was very pleased with how the car performed, it also sounded really sweet!!! It would have been even better minus the 5000 pounds of audio equipment in the trunk.....not my cup of tea.

I,m very pleased with mine I have an auto tranny but I do have a Autotrans Interceptor installed to help manage the shifts. If I had a standard I would up grade my clutch.Craig suggested that I install a RSM lower engine mount also. I just had a header and free flow cat installed last week.I,m sure you will find the fit and finish of the kit to be first rate.I really like the sound of the supercharger and yes it gets better you want a loud BOV well this is the kit for you.

Hey chris, i recieved my s/c, bov, and FMU today, i cant wait for the rest to get here so i can put it on. But i have to ask, how hard does the boost hit? I know turbo's hit their max PSI and stay there throughout the rpms, but is it real gradual on the s/c or does it climb fast to max psi?

Hey Chris - what header did you end up going with, and where did you get it?

If you don't mind, I'll be giving you a call soon to check out your setup. I have that lower mount you were referring to, and will be installing it soon...

I have heard nothing but good things about EPE. I have 2 good friends that have had work done on their J's there, and that's where I plan to go when I get my exhaust work done.

Chris, I'll probably be giving you a call in the next day 2.

Hey Matt,

I saw the kit almost complete. A couple oil fittings needed to be finished. Everything else is there. It's my understanding that the blower is at the US shop already. I will make sure it leaves Monday.

I hope you recall why it has taken so long. It was out of my control.
