Truly is, it's quite the business with the mulcher and all.
Is the gas can up high full of race fuel for the mower??
No, that is a blend for the leaf blower, stacked on top of the race fuel dock for the boat.
Assh0les!
Wonder how a leaf blower will run a 20% mix for a RC car???
Well a small part came in from Treadstone.

HoneyComb MAF Mass Air Meter Airflow Straightener. These small additions to any cold air intake, turbo inlet pipe or anywhere a MAF sensor is located, will greatly improve the MAF readings "fuel trims" that the ECU sees. No more erratic MAF readings, fix lean or rich spikes, increase throttle response, fix idle, all of these can be improved with this $20 upgrade!
-Available in 3", 3.5" and 4" diameters.
-Slides right into pipe before MAF sensor
-Can be glued, braised, or epoxy'd in
Installed in intake tube-
We'll see if this helps with some trims and MAF readings come tuning time.
It may restrict flow a small amount, but it provides a much more accurate MAF reading and results in things running better. 3800 guys like to remove it to allow things to breathe better, but it can really screw up the MAF signal. The loss of flow is not very much anyways.
Hmmm... I think I'm going to try one of those air flow straighteners on my K&N CAI. Out of nowhere I started getting a code for running rich back in the summer. That would be sweet if something so simple and cheap would make the Vibe run better and all. Thanks for posting the info about it Joe!
No problem, if you google the product name and cobaltss.net they go a little more in depth.
Powdercoat called today for pickup!
Direct light on the wheel made the intensity more-so than it truly is, but here's a teaser-
In all honesty I'm having a hard time developing an legit opinion myself until tire's are mounted and I'm on the ground with the new stance. All things said though, I feel I did the right thing and it's all going to come together.

Yeah, I wouldn't call these mag blue, but they pass. I told myself if they came out mag blue, awesome, if they didn't, awesome. Very pleased! Get 'em done

...and I love it after staring at them all night, so glad we go back and forth on mods!
Only IF u get blue SS overlays!
Yeah they don't look like they are in the picture but I had my fingers crossed that it was just the lighting because the lighting also makes the HHR look orange.
Once on the ground with legit lighting you'll see the resemblance
. Not as bright as the pic is, I promise.
Not feelin the blue with the red, unless the blue is incorporated somewhere else. Dang it.

Here's a representation of the actual color-
i think the blue will look great on the car against the red but hurry and get some tires so we can see it on the ground in its full glory

The represented picture looks MUCH better then the ones currently in the pics, should look very good there Joe.
