Ok sounds fair to me.
So who is seriously able to to pony up here? I know I can who else?

So what are we looking at timeline wise if this goes through???? Spring maybe???
I am also thinking of other parts that maybe useful. I might pickup another PCV baffle for the project ( GM Part # 88960484 ) before it is discontinued

If the car comes down soon which it sounds like it should be, it would only be a matter of weeks if a supercharger is here. if not sooner.
That sounds promising. Do you think we will need an idler pulley???
Here is a picture of the PCV Baffle and idler bracket for Vulcan. The Idler pulley and bearing is discontunued, but the bracket assembly is still available.

use a HO manifold and remote mount it
looks better mounted in the "normal" position like the L61

Ill make something work no worries. Anyone else that may be interested? as far as payment goes we accept pretty much anything over the phone or online. I will not take payments until the vehicle is in our shop and a supercharger in our possession.
Damnit!! I knew this would be happening right when Im ready to turbo lol. Ill be watching this and cant wait to see this happen.
Who knows, maybe a built turbo/m62 twin charge could be in my future
Chris you could always take your M45 and put it on the 2.3 a couple of Grand am guys have done it with a little modifacation just some food for thought.
The '02's sold..........

It would be much better if we do not need the idler pulley for the new m62. This would make it that much easier for those of us who have an m45 to sell our kits to cover the cost of the manifold. I think it can be done without it. The only trial and error would be on belt routing and belt length. Also have to make sure we are spining the blower the right direction! It would be a monumental fail if it sucked the air out of the engine,
FORGET GIRLS GONE WILD WE HAVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING GONE WILD!
hahaha, i think the M62 is already set in the proper direction, it would be impossible to spin it the wrong direction the way it sits to line up with the belt.
Also, if it does somehow require an idler pulley i will attempt to incorporate it into the intake manifold.
Sorry I'm out of the loop.
What exactly is being proposed here?

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
Vulcan is proposing that they will make an intake manifold that accomodates the MP62 supercharger from the Cobalt/Ion that fits on the LD9, for around $1000.

Ya, that's what Civ court is for, instead of bitching about the system(that protects you) use it to your advantage.
